Discovery Call (15-30 min, free)

Proposal & Agreement

You'll get a clear breakdown of exactly what you're getting, the cost, timeline, and terms. No fine print, no surprises.

50% Deposit to Start

Once you're ready to move forward, a deposit secures your spot. I don't start work until this is received.

Design Approval

I'll show you mockups or a basic layout before building the full site. You pick the direction, we refine it together.

Build & Check-ins

I build the site with regular updates. You'll see progress and can give feedback at key milestones.

Final Payment & Launch

We review the finished site together. Once you're happy and final payment is received, we go live.

Timeline: Most small business sites take 2-4 weeks from deposit to launch. This depends on how quickly you provide content and feedback.

What I Need From You:

  • Your logo and any brand colors/fonts
  • Text content for each page (or we can discuss copywriting)
  • Images you want to use
  • Timely feedback (within 3 business days when I ask for input)
  • Access to hosting/domain if you already have them

What's Included:

  • Mobile-responsive design (works on phones, tablets, computers)
  • 2 rounds of design revisions
  • Basic SEO setup
  • Contact form setup
  • Training on how to make basic updates

Payment Terms:

  • 50% deposit - Required to start work (non-refundable if you cancel)
  • 50% final payment - Due before site goes live
  • Accepted: E-transfer, cash

If Things Change:

  • If you want to add features mid-project, I'll send a new quote
  • If you cancel, deposit is kept + any work beyond deposit is billed hourly
  • Additional revisions beyond the included 2 rounds are billed hourly
